COACHING
Conor Lavin is a PGA Professional and Applied Sport Practitioner based in Los Angeles, helping golfers of all abilities—from developing juniors to competitive adults—improve performance through motor control, skill acquisition, and contemporary sport science.
With more than 20 years of experience and ongoing postgraduate studies in Applied Sport Practice at Dublin City University, Conor combines practical coaching expertise with evidence-informed learning models. His work draws from ecological dynamics and performance psychology to help golfers develop adaptable movement solutions that actually transfer to the course.
Rather than prescribing a rigid, one-size-fits-all swing model, Conor helps every player discover efficient patterns tailored to their physical capabilities. By combining force plate analysis and launch monitor tech with representative practice design, Conor connects high-tech feedback to real-world execution.
Based at NeuroForce Golf and Woodley Lakes Golf Course, Conor is passionate about fostering independent problem-solvers who perform with confidence under pressure
